I would give zoom care a zero if I could. The first time I came they missed an infection. The second time I came, they denied me care because they don’t see patients on certain insurances, even if you say you will pay out of pocket. They seem to have a bit of a monopoly on Seattle with very few other urgent cares. Terrible experience.
I scheduled an appointment at the Ballard clinic but was informed that I needed to be seen at the Fremont location instead. I took time away from work to drive to the new location and had already completed all required forms in advance. When I arrived approximately 6 minutes late, I was informed that I could not be seen. I understand that clinics need late policies, but given the location change, completed paperwork, and minimal delay, the experience was frustrating. Nice employees, very easy appointment, clean facility, very efficient.
Highly recommend!! They are so kind and helpful here. I was able to get an appointment day of and was seen right away. Front desk staff was very friendly and doctor was great!!
