This place is a total scam! I went there to see a Dr.and some regular health tests which they said would be covered by my Aetna ppo insurance. They submitted 2 claims for my 1 30 minute visit and insurance covered $857 and still a remaining balance of $657 to be paid my ME! And I wasn’t even seen by a proper MD or a even a regular Doctor. I was seen by a PAC that lacked experience! And not just that weeks later I received a bill from Labcorp by zoomcare saying that I owed $69. I went here for a persistent hum in my ear. I saw an ND for maybe 5 minutes, was told to take Sudafed and use Flonase to clear out my sinuses. They billed my insurance $407. After the insurance discount, I owe $355.25. for seeing a doctor for 10 minutes. To be told to take Sudafed.
They didn’t want to care about us. We came 12 minutes late and they rescheduled it. The reason of our late arrival is the construction work in front of the clinic and we had to park car further away. My husband has a broken leg and was limping from parking place all the way to clinic. They weren’t sincere and didn’t care our concerns. I don’t understand why they call themselves as zoomCARE while not caring at all!!!
