I called ZoomCare using the number listed under their “pre-employment drug testing” section because I’m an employer needing pricing information. The first thing I said was that I’m an employer — not a patient. The rep immediately told me they “don’t offer that,” even though it’s on their own website. After two rounds of putting me on hold to ask her supervisor, she still couldn’t explain whether the service even exists. Refused to see a patient with insurance. Patient had made an appointment, called ahead and when they entered were told, “ we won’t see you”. No explanation just that their imaging was closed, otherwise full staff including doctor. Pt did not need imaging just a consult. Again, appointment made in advance. (Tualatin)
