Refused to see a patient with insurance. Patient had made an appointment, called ahead and when they entered were told, “ we won’t see you”. No explanation just that their imaging was closed, otherwise full staff including doctor. Pt did not need imaging just a consult. Again, appointment made in advance. (Tualatin)
