ZoomCare used to deliver convenient service, with acceptable care for minor issues -- the business was all about speed, which I liked for day-to-day healthcare. However, their customer service has always been lackluster at best. I did a video appointment. I got a nurse instead of a doctor. Wouldn't listen to me about my previously diagnosed conditions. I only got a follow up call where I was informed that I was being charged $75 instead of the $25 it states on their website.
Literally won’t schedule my Covid19 test - after paying for a tele-medicine visit - they have refused to answer any calls, refund me, or respond to messages. I’ll be notifying the board of health today. Zoom care is a scam, and the docs that work there are fully in the know of the unsavory business practices and they just carry on, so shame on the docs too for supporting a company that steals money from people.
