Had very frustrating Videocare visit with Dr. Correia he didn’t really listen to me and just keep trying to hurry up and finish the appointment. Everything he prescribed me was really expensive. Not a good doctor I would go elsewhere.
ZoomCare used to deliver convenient service, with acceptable care for minor issues -- the business was all about speed, which I liked for day-to-day healthcare. However, their customer service has always been lackluster at best. I did a video appointment. I got a nurse instead of a doctor. Wouldn't listen to me about my previously diagnosed conditions. I only got a follow up call where I was informed that I was being charged $75 instead of the $25 it states on their website.
