Amazing quality care. They take many insurances and are clean, friendly, and professional. You do have to make an appointment but I've had no problems finding the same day appointments and sooner appointments because there are so many close by it you can find an appointment at the time you were hoping for. More convenient than waiting for your PCP.
This was a refreshing experience for me in healthcare. After not feeling heard by providers in the past, I struggled to get myself in for annual visits. All of the staff here, from the front desk attendant, to the PA, to the NP were kind, understanding, and acted mindfully to reduce any anxiety around the visit. The NP took the time to really hear all of my symptoms and make a plan moving forward. Thank you all for your kindness ❤️🕊️
Justin Steurich is one of the best doctors in Seattle. He caught my gall bladder issue in the nick of time after numerous ERs and clinics failed to identify it.
Earlier this week I discovered a really calm and welcoming atmosphere here, making it a very pleasant place to be.
Went in for urgent care. My insurance covers urgent care so imagine my surprise when i get a $300 bill. I call customer service and they tell me "You're billed under the primary care code. We've never billed under urgent care before." I couldn't believe what I heard. I mean, the name of the clinic is ZoomCare Urgent Care. What a scam. Reply: yeah, that's number i called and they informed me ZoomCare Urgent Care does not bill under the urgent care code and never had in the past.
