I went here for a persistent hum in my ear. I saw an ND for maybe 5 minutes, was told to take Sudafed and use Flonase to clear out my sinuses. They billed my insurance $407. After the insurance discount, I owe $355.25. for seeing a doctor for 10 minutes. To be told to take Sudafed.
They didn’t want to care about us. We came 12 minutes late and they rescheduled it. The reason of our late arrival is the construction work in front of the clinic and we had to park car further away. My husband has a broken leg and was limping from parking place all the way to clinic. They weren’t sincere and didn’t care our concerns. I don’t understand why they call themselves as zoomCARE while not caring at all!!!
Quick service, kind and attentive doctors. Was able to schedule an appointment same day, no wait after I checked in, and my doctor was awesome. Will be returning
