Too busy and rushed. After waiting for over an hour I felt they didn't have time to really listen to my concerns. They were business like and just a bit curt.

Editing to respond to the response: I have emailed/called several times with zero response. My initial email was on 01/16 followed by another email on 01/20 and on 02/12 with multiple unsuccessful calls in between. I have made many contact attempts prior to leaving a rating.
