Wonderful Doctor, it’s been a day feeling better already.
The doctor visit and testing went well, but my experience with the billing department was frustrating. Nesla repeatedly spoke over me while I was trying to ask questions about my bill, making the conversation difficult and unpleasant. Her rudeness significantly impacted my overall experience. 1 star.
Even though I work at a doctor's office, I get my vaccinations and acute care needs met at ZoomCare because it is so fast and easy. Everyone was kind and efficient, and the super clean, uncluttered lobby and rooms are still welcoming.
I have been to many ZoomCare locations including Capitol Hill, Belltown, Bellevue, Downtown Seattle, Portland, and Tukwila. I have had good experiences with all of them. Tukwila location is wonderful with the caring and efficient staff they have. I recommend this location to anyone who needs medical care!
They didn't accept the Molina healthcare insurance or Medicaid and also didn't update about the insurance.
