Got in and out quick. Zero wait time. Jamie was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. Sara the person who checked me in, greeted me as I walked in and got me checked in quickly. I highly recommend this zoom care.
As most of you know it’s impossible to get a dermatology appointment in a traditional office that is not the case here. Only had to book out two weeks to get in for a dermatologist appointment. Dr Jamie was very kind, gentle and professional. I came in for a routine skin check. Quick and easy and everyone was super nice. Would definitely recommend for derm needs instead of waiting a year to get in elsewhere.
I appreciate everyone at all Zoom cares. They make the visit easy, on time and thorough. So lucky they are open 7 days and later.
They completely missed my video appointment and gave me no warning. Sat through 15 mins of blank video call. Not fun.
Excellent care. Just be sure you ask someone at the front desk to give you a code for parking validation, otherwise you'll either pay needlessly or risk getting a ticket.
