Katie was exceptional from start to finish. She listened carefully to what I had to say, and I left 100% satisfied that I received excellent health care. This place is an absolute joke! Don't waste your time. Drive 5 more minutes up the rd to Swedish. (Which is what we did!) I am a superintendent on a large construction site. One of my guys had a board fall on his head. He had a good size gap and was bleeding pretty good. These clowns told me they are not an urgent care as they REFUSED us service and had the guts to tell me it was an appointment based place only. Pretty disappointing. Useless, actually. Painful cough for two weeks and all I got was referral to imaging which never reached out. Days later, calling to schedule imaging appointment, was told my appointment at Edmonds location was set up. Go to Edmonds, "Sorry, I don't see you in here." Cool. No e-mails or texts except surveys to tell them how they're doing. Well guess what? You're doing a terrible job.
