Waited an hour since they were so backed up. Wanted to talk to a doctor about a communicable disease exposure. He spent 2 minutes with me and clearly didn’t want to have a discussion or tell me any information. Simply wrote me a script and walked out. I then got a huge bill a few weeks later (even after my copay) via a scammy looking text. Pretty awful experience, but such is our healthcare system generally.
Zoom Bothell is awesome! Erin Olanrewaju is amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate! I was having a rough time and she made me feel very comfortable. Support staff were very professional and personable!

I got in right away. The waiting room and patient rooms are very nice, neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. NP was amazing! Then she sent me to Zoomcare Super for more testing and that has been the best medical experience I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend enough.
