Super friendly and supportive front desk staff and professional doctor with timely communication!
My household has now been here 3 times for separate issues to see Dr. Mike (Li), both with an appointment and as walk-in, and received great care every time. We’ve always been seen promptly, and they are in-network with our insurance so just our normal copay for each visit. I also really appreciate that they are open until 7pm since some other locations close earlier
Seen by Michael Li for a blood pressure check. He took it, said I was, “perfectly fine and didn’t really need to come in anyway” then proceeded to go through my medical history already noted by previous ZoomCare providers. He was rolling his eyes at me the whole time, and was likely going through my medical history to rack up enough time to give me and my insurance a Level 4 charge code, where my insurance was given a $500 bill. Professionals working were very good but equipment available seemed limited and minimal. Example no ekg machine if there’s a heart concern which feels very basic. A lot of dr offices have them now. Zoomcare could definitely level up with a few of these types of things.
