Excellent professional care. My “go to” for any urgent care needs.
Easy to book an appointment on the same day. However, I was told to come in 5 min early. I did so, but the front door is locked and had to wait outside for 5 mins. Saw Michael Li. As other mentioned, he seemed to rush through the appointment. Didn't let me finish describing all my symptoms.
If you're on a high deductible insurance plan, don't go here. The visit itself went fine, but the lack of transparent pricing ruined the experience for me. I came in because I had a concern with one of my ears, and treatment ended up not being needed. So ultimately, I had a 15 minute conversation with a doctor and a couple of ear checks - no treatment, no prescriptions.
