Zero stars as I was seen and told I had "some fluid on the ears but no infection" got a second opinion the next day which confirmed bad ear infections in both ears. Don't waste your time on this money grab clinic, they see you once and make you come back for a second visit before they take care of the issue. I saw Michael Li. He didn't ask any questions about my ailment. Seemed to rush me through the appointment, even though I was the only person at the clinic and I showed up on time. He suggested a medication that would help my symptoms, but when i asked how much it cost (as a cash patient) he left the room for 5 minutes and came back with "I don't know and I don't want you to be mad at me if it ends up being a lot, so you don't need it".
