Always easy to book , no waiting and professional service , I am a big fan
I made an appt by phone and they were able to take me that same day. Good start! The check in was easy and my care team was friendly. James listened well to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and offered a couple ways to address my problem. I am very satisfied with the experience. The waiting room is basic/minimalist but the service was good.
The actual care was great BUT they contract outrageous rates for accessories with Pacific Medical. Broke my foot and was given a boot and crutches to get home in. A month later I received a bill for $410 for a walking boot and $60 for crutches. When I called Pacific Medical to ask about these insane rates, I was told these are the rates negotiated with Zoom Care, Inc. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT LEAVE THE BUILDING WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR.
THEY DO NOT HAVE AN X-RAY MACHINE HERE!!!
