Just now (5:20pm 3.25.25) a young lady on the phone let me know the clinic couldn't give me the image I needed. So she found me a spot in Kirkland at 7:45pm. I told her that was close and I would have no problem being on time to an earlier appointment. So she very nicely just messaged them and asked if I could show up 45 minutes early (7 instead of 7:45p) and got them to say yes. So if that ain't worthy of 5 stars, what is? Super shady when it comes to insurance. They said "yes ,we take your insurance" But when I checked via my insurance website, they said Zoomcare was out of network. Seems like they should know this. Just another part of the big old healthcare as a business scam. Be warned.
Many mixed feelings here- the staff I interacted with here was nice, and the service was incredibly fast and efficient. But, the care I received was very lackluster, and filled with negligence. 😬 I had a chest X-ray in the office, and was told within seconds: "you do not have pneumonia." Later, it was reviewed by their radiologist, and they concluded that I definitely had pneumonia, and needed antibiotics. Edit: ZoomCare did indeed follow up on this. While the billing snafu wasn't great, the response was good. Our experience here beyond the surprise bill was quite good. Updating my rating to reflect that. We received decent care here the past summer. They billed it to our insurance and we never heard from them again .... until we got a bill from collections today! The assistant was incredible as well as the receptionist however my care provider, Joann was insensitive and immediately questioned a diagnosis I have had for over ten years and told me that I should see a dermatologist while making faces about taking medication that over 30 other providers have given me with no hope to change and when I asked her why she thought I should see a dermatologist all she could offer was telling me maybe they have a better option for me, without being able to articulate what that could be.
