Had a terrible experience with the rude receptionist at this location. Her answers were condescending and not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.
Booked an appointment for my young child 2 hours in advance and was relieved we could get him in quickly. Unfortunately the staff cancelled our visit because they said it would take too long to see him once we arrived and did not provide any other options. The staff was not helpful and accusatory as somehow it was my fault for bringing a child to their office at the scheduled appointment time. Will not be returning
I went to ZoomCare last Thursday. They did a lot of diagnostics but had no diagnosis. I got sicker and sicker, fever, worse cough, went to Legacy GoHealth this Wednesday they took another chest X-ray and serial flu swabs nothing but the doctor actually got near and listened and touched my sinuses - low and behold I have a sinus infection. ZoomCare did not get near and listen. Sometimes the tests don't have all the information. I have a two because the phlebotomist was outstanding!
Caroline Butler PA-C at the Lake Oswego clinic is rude, combative and condescending. She refused to clear a Sports Physical for my otherwise completely healthy Type 1 Diabetic teen to play golf. Her T1D was disclosed on all pre-visit forms. Knowing full and well that personally she would not clear a T1D, she should not have seen her to begin with.
