Had a great experience earlier! The staff at the front desk was super friendly and polite, and the doctor really knew his stuff. Even though I showed up a little late, they still got me in right away.
I needed urgent care this morning. I arrived as soon as they opened. They refused to see me without an appointment. The entire point of urgent care is you need urgent care with out an appointment. The guy says "theyre not an actual urgent care". The name of the clinic is "zoomcare urgent care". Make it make sense.
I went to zoom care for a sore throat and cough and they were absolutely fabulous. They had many available appointment times, the same day, no wait time when I arrived and really friendly and caring and thorough staff and doctor. They took their time during the appointment to understand what I was experiencing, did testing onsite and I was done within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend going there!
