Zoom care is so much better then having to go to the emergency department. Molly who I’ve seen her about 3 times now and she is so courteous and you won’t find better providers there. If your looking for a great place to get non major injuries taken care of at a very low cost then anyone else. If your on Moda health insurance depending what tier level you have mine are free which I really like who wouldn’t. I am 87, I just had a fall that left me with two bloody legs. the staff at Grand Central gave me an appointment. I arrived three minutes late. They said they could not take me. there was no one except the two nurses, no other patients. They said they had an appointment in ten minutes . They had only set my time with them for 15 minutes. This is NO way to treat older people or any person needing help. I rate this so called emergency clini9c with the lowest score possible R Hall not one star
Be cautious when dealing with this facility. They advertise themselves as “urgent care,” but they bill as “primary care,” which can lead to unexpected charges. On top of that, they add extra fees for every test they perform. When I called the billing department for clarification, they were dismissive and told me to contact my insurance instead.
