The staff is demeaning, their call center is the worst. I was given the wrong medication. DONT GO HERE!
PA Christopher Palacios did not want to run labs because I have only been unable to keep food down for 7 days instead of 10... ended up going to a different zoom location and they helped me
The provider didn’t show up for the appointment and then I was charged the full out of pocket fee. I reached out to support but didn’t hear back.
