They will try to con you out of hundreds for 5 minutes with a nurse to tell you to wear a brace. I visited this location a month ago and am still fighting with them to actually bill my insurance. My co-pay is 20 and they are charging me 500. My insurance says they never submitted a bill, zoomcare says my insurance denied coverage even though my insurance literally told me to go here and that it’s covered. DO NOT GO TO ZOOMCARE. THEY ARE A SCAM.
This location demonstrated a remarkable commitment to acting with purposeful incompetence in avoidance of their responsibilities as a service provider. When an error on my prescription caused me to run out of essential medication, I contacted this office for help. Rather than investigating the issue they repeatedly insisted my insurance was out of network and, as such, refused service - to the point of not even providing a direct number for the prescriber or customer service. I have been to this location twice, and both times I received excellent care. The most recent time, I went in for a cut finger. I scheduled an appointment time which was available within 20 minutes, was seen within 5 minutes of the appointment time, and treated efficiently but not rushed by Juli. She was patient and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid, and even gave me a vaccine when I requested it. Had a wonderful experience at ZoomCare Urgent Care! I went in for a clogged ear, and the staff took such great care of me. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive, and the procedure was quick and effective. I felt immediate relief afterward and really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel throughout the visit. The clinic was clean, organized, and efficient as well. I highly recommend ZoomCare to anyone looking for quality urgent care and compassionate service!
