This is the second time that I have received horrible treatment from Zoom care. I will never go back and neither will any of my family or my friends and I'm writing a review on Nextdoor. Something very bad happened to me and I was seven minutes late to my appointment and I told them why and the woman said well sorry. I had to go to the ER after that and the Dr they were shocked at the treatment that I had received from Zoom care. You guys are the worst dock in the box clinic
Extremely disappointed with my experience at ZoomCare. I specifically called ahead to ensure my skin condition was appropriate for urgent care and was told the PA-C (who is bald), had the expertise to help. However, the visit was a complete waste of time. The receptionist was rude to multiple patients, and the lack of empathy continued in the exam room. Would not trust any of these people. Literally after booking an appointment 2hrs in advance. I come in the appointment just for them to tell me I need to provide secondary insurance. Once i went home to get secondary insurance and return there are suddenly no time available to see me. Mind you I returned with 20 mins. If my wound is infected and I die I hope my family sues this place into oblivion.
Easy, fast, competent, pleasant.
