They were quick and professional.
I had an issue where my primary care couldn’t see me for 3 days. Zoom care saw me in an hour! They were fabulous!

Friendly, however the Nurse Practitioner Irina sent in an rx to my pharmacy that the pharmacist said doesn’t even exist to order. 2 days later, I still don’t have an rx and ZoomCare is continuing to not understand that I need them to update the rx at the pharmacy. Never ever going to ZoomCare again,
I booked two appointments. The physician never showed up to either of them so I called the customer service. They said the physician would call me back and they never called me back. I’m experiencing flu like symptoms. horrible healthcare.
