Scheduling my appointment was super easy. Got to see someone the same day when I was experiencing excruciating pain. I was able to check in online. People at the front desk were courteous and helpful. They brought me a wheelchair immediately as I was on crutches and in a lot of pain. I was taken into my room within minutes for vitals. They were friendly and thorough. Crazy how awful this location is compared to literally ANY OTHER. Richard McCullum needs a new job. Had me in a room for hours just to say something that could have been done over phone- or not even at all- a simple notification in mychart would have been better. This man ruined my day. He cost me so much time and money because of his laziness. Get that man out of here and into a Wendy’s.
I visited the Llyod center zoom today and I have to say Dr.McCollum was INCREDIBLE. As a young woman, male doctors can be intimidating to me at times but Dr. McCollum was more than welcoming and beyond respectful. He prioritized my comfort from ensuring I was comfortable with exam and question to ensuring that I did not currently need anything to make me more comfortable.
