**Zoomcare Trap** The Trazodone didn’t help the night before. I had been up for 4 days. I was so tired. So desperate. It's a Sunday. I called OHSU (my pcp) and stayed on hold to hear i needed a new rx. They only will do this with an appintment. There were no appointments. Zoomcare was the only option anyone could offer. I went to the Broadway clinic. Told them I wasn’t sleeping, like I had on the phone. That I couldn’t keep going like this. They told me they don’t treat insomnia. Just like that. Dr. Nichter and staff were incredible. I wish i could give greater than 5 stars. I had to do multiple test and evey staff member along the way was absolutely fantastic!
Thank you to the staff for helping out! I came in Tuesday and Wednesday in pretty bad shape. The entire staff was kind and helpful. I was able to get a diagnosis and treatment. Its Thursday morning and I’m already showing improvement.
I wish I remembered the names of the amazing nurses who helped me but love this Super. Walked in feeling awful and while I am still waiting on some test results and a doctor explanation of some results they had to send away for (only reason for the 4 stars - I find Dr. Follow-up with patients can be spotty at Zoomcare once you leave the building), everyone from nurses to doctors to techs were so kind and caring. I think this clinic on April 2 for knee pain. I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment slot and I was left in a room for hours because the morons who run this clinic only had one doctor and each room was basically double booked . Yet, if I was late, they would charge me and just cancel the appointment yet. I just got a bill finally for my appointment after insurance and it was over $140. That is complete horseshit and unacceptable I painted because I pay my bills, but I should’ve gotten a 50% discount because of how ... read more
