I was able to reserve an appointment on a Saturday despite this location being closed on Saturdays. Be aware that Zoomcare reservations are flawed.
My boyfriend and I were told to come to this location at our 3:20 Zoom appointment In Wilsonville because they can run all the tests and have the equipment to complete scans ect. Because he was experiencing bad Vertigo. We get to the room, first Dr was nice, listened. Completed her exam and told us she was going to get a CT scan and blood work up but my boyfriend “looked like he was going to pass out” so she brought in another Dr. who was supposedly special. Updated: I've since been to zoom twice and had a great experience with the doctor. This is the only zoom that does imagining in PDX so you'll likely end up there if something needs a serious look. Very mixed bag with doctors, but it could be worse. I don't normally give terrible reviews, but damn. I will say, scheduling was super easy and quick and I was able to be seen same day. EXTREMELY dismissive, rude, unsafe staff that turn away dangerous, potentially life-threatening situations over 20 minutes before closing because “the doctor is packing up”. Absolutely no assessments were done for a burn infection with growing red veins/lines that anyone with eyes can see needs urgent attention - not important enough to be treated 20 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING? Despicable. Save yourself and avoid the lazy staff at this location at all costs
