Incredible experience, every single time. I go here instead of the Emergency Room, every time. They have a CT machine on site, ultrasound, X-ray, lab, and all doctors and providers working at this location are ex-Emergency Room providers, so you know you are in good hands. Zoomcare used to be great a low cost, now they decided to engage in illegally overcharging me by hundreds of dollars more than what my Explanation of Benefits says I owe. Contacted their billing department 3 times now to have it corrected, but they refuse to correct this without any explanation on why.
I really like the fact that you can see zoom care even on Sundays and not have to wait for hours in the ER. I was in and out with in an hour.
Would give 10 stars if I could. I went to OHSU for an appointment for ongoing tonsillitis. I pointed out asymmetrical swelling which is typical of a peritonsillar abscess. But got nothing besides a referral. Wasn't feeling well so I came here. PA Etherton and everyone else was great. After taking a look at my tonsils, I got imaging done and turns out I did have an abscess. They gave me steroids and antibiotics before sending me to the local ER where they forwarded my imaging and gave me documentation to provide to ER. Very t... read more
I had an appointment for a complete pelvic ultrasound and was in and out in 30 minutes. I was given an estimate of 1-2 days to get my results back but I had them within a couple hours. The staff member who checked me in was super friendly and helpful, and the US tech did a great job making sure I was comfortable.
