Dr. Westcott, Andrea, & team were beyond lovely; went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. 10/10
Bad experience. A terrible experience. I went in to have a drainage procedure done, but the nurse couldn't complete it. She simply told me, "I'm sorry, I wasn't able to drain much." Her assistant asked if they would be inserting a catheter (which I understand is the standard procedure), to which she replied, "We don't have any." When the anesthesia wore off, I was left dealing with the original pain I had arrived with, plus the pain from the incision—all for nothing.
