The first time I used zoom zoom my mower wouldnt start. They were nice and took care of me or so I thought. They charged me for cleaning the carburetor and replacing the blade. Which they said was needed. Being a women and had no man there to verify i took their word. I used it once before the weather change and stored it. This year when it needed to come back out the same problem occured. I called them and they said they needed to clean the carburetor again. I paid another $50 to get that dont . I highly recommend Steven and his team. I had a vacuum, that I use every day for my small business, that had an issue with the starter. They could see my distress and took 30 minutes out of their day to fix it for me! They care about their customers and work hard to keep you highly satisfied!
Duane always does a great job on our equipment. He goes the extra mile, like today he sharpened the chain when all he had to do was replace the pull cord on the chain saw.
Originally they were going to pick my tractor on Tues but called early Sat and said they could pick it up that day. Guy that came asked what the problem was, I explained it. He tells me what to do to try and fix it myself and leaves. NO CHARGE. Well IT WORKED!!! Cost: $35. They very easily could have just taken the tractor, repaired it and delivered it back with a $150 invoice! These guys are GREAT and HONEST!
