Zoom Cabs are life savers - we are a bus company. We had a breakdown and 20 passengers stuck in Niagara Falls, who were in high stress and freaking out. Not only did they dispatch enough vehicles for them all within 35 minutes, their manager, Walid, showed up on-site to help organize everyone into the vehicles and get them back to their hotel in Toronto.
