We called zoom zoom for a lady with a small dog 5.5kg at 4.05pm for pick up, called them again at 4.28pm for follow up on ride, controller told us she would follow on driver and contact us back, message received with driver car details. I called zoom zoom again at 4.50pm because still no pick up, to be told driver did arrive but didn't drive into parking lot because he saw a large dog and thought that was the pick up and decided he didn't want the dog in his vehicle.
