BEWARE! There is one nice person with short hair, so I would give it another star or so, but I just can't because her partner who seemed like the manger with longer medium hair, didn't want to give me my prescription after my eye exam. She said she would email to me but didn't, I looked multiple times. So I looked up if this is okay because I don't know for some reason my gut was having me feel really sad about this situation, it turns out it's illegal to not hand over a prescription immediately. Worst customer service and bad ethics. The guy with glasses told me my insurance won’t cover a bunch of things for my lenses and wanted to charge me double the cost for prescription lenses. He just wants to fleece money. I ordered elsewhere for less than half the cost. Avoid this place like plague.
None of the staffs know about HIPAA regulations, rude manager named Will, horrible customer service. Zoom has violated at leas 3 HIPAA violations. All Will talks about is business and does not advocate for the optometrists working there. This is not healthcare, it’s a business. If you walk in and ask any staff about HIPAA regulations, they would give you a blank stare.
