Bad customer service
If there a zero star, I will choose it. Will NEVER go to Zoom Vision Care in Fremont again. I asked for adjustment of my new glass frame because it tilted to the left and it was too tight.. The first thing Steve said was my ears were not at the same height. Really??? He then adjusted the alignment per my request. But for tightness, he said he could not do anything about it. I've been with Zoom (Fremont and Milpitas stores) for over a decade now. Excellent service, good selection of glasses. I've also recommended them to friends, who have also had good experiences. Thx, Zoom!
