I go once a year to get my birthday spray tan and I was up charged twice without being told so. Very disappointing.
Margaret was delightful, so far the customer service has been excellent, definitely happy I joined.
I’ve gotten two spray tans here and they turn out horrible every time and it’s never been that way at the other location I go to. The spray comes out so aggressive at first and it becomes so uneven and runny. Also the spray tans machines themselves are disgusting here. The buttons are caked in tan and filth.. I won’t be back to this location. Waste of a spray.. I ran home so fast just to wash it back off.
Brought my niece and door was locked Another girl like 2 minutes later came to the door made a call and someone came and unlocked the door Now no one is there to assist at the counter I honestly get needing a break especially working by yourself but the company should have a sign on the door
was in fact not open and why is a tanning salon on a Saturday closed before 6 PM. maybe get rid of your sign that is lighting up your front door saying you’re opening 24/7
