Zoom tan continues to provide a clean friendly environment to go tanning. The workers are helpful the options are plentiful but some of the prices are a little too high. They have now added a 24/7 policy where you can come and tan whenever you want by utilizing the app to come after hours. This tanning salon continues to prove why it's still here when so many others have failed.
They need better bronzing bulbs, I only get to a certain color then that's it.. it's never a bronze color like other places with bronzing bulbs, being is just booths the monthly charges are steep.
Customer service was excellent and it's always clean.
Lockport Zoom tan is a joke! First of all $40 for a spray tan is outrageous. If I wasn’t leaving for a vacation tomorrow I would not have paid it. They have steadily gone downhill over the years. Spray tans are uneven, when they aren’t cleaned regularly the sprayers just spit out little clumps of tanning product leaving your skin blotchy and uneven. This tan is awful ! I have one really dark arm and leg and the other one has barely any color. I guess they just don’t care because they are the only game in town.
I’ve been going to Zoom Tan for a while now, and I honestly love it. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile, and the staff always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. They’re super friendly and never make you feel rushed or like just another customer. What really stands out to me is how clean everything is.
