Not at all, happy with zoom, I formally tanned at South Beach tanning company who switched over now.I went to 1 of the locations I normally tan at and they are telling me thant I cant tan at different locations. I feel to all existing members that the guidelines should have been communicated.I drove forty minutes to tan , and now I can't hand there. I will definitely be canceling my membership

This salon is my hands down the best one I’ve been too! The customer service is exceptional at this location. Sydney goes above and beyond and always makes sure my experience is top tier. Her friendly attitude and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction is what keeps me coming back to this location.

Sydney at this location is amazing! She was so knowledgeable and soooo nice about helping me figure out how to get the BEST tan. She obviously knows what she's talking about... just LOOK AT HER! Will definitely go back and recommend this location to everyone I know.

I've been a member for over 2 years at the Howard location. Over time you see people come and go, but it has always been an excellent experience. This past year I've mostly been greeted by Sydney who always has a happy smile and friendly demeanor. I rarely ever had to wait for a booth, and if so it was from someone being signed up or staff making sure your room is clean. Thanks for a great place to escape to.
