If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. I truly miss South Beach Tanning! Zoom has been extremely dishonest with their pricing. Make sure you check your billing statements. The South Tampa location was very misleading about their monthly memberships. And they misrepresented their own quotes. Be very careful. Do what I did…leave Zoom and join Glo in So. Tampa on Neptune! I love it there!!! ☀️☀️☀️

Not at all, happy with zoom, I formally tanned at South Beach tanning company who switched over now.I went to 1 of the locations I normally tan at and they are telling me thant I cant tan at different locations. I feel to all existing members that the guidelines should have been communicated.I drove forty minutes to tan , and now I can't hand there. I will definitely be canceling my membership
