After being on a monthly auto-charge plan for 10.99 a month for about 15 years, Zoom Tan arbitrarily raised my monthly rate to 42.90 and charged me this with NO NOTICE of any kind of the change! I cancelled my account as soon as I saw this. (BTW, I have not even used the service recently.) I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company, as Zoom is clearly unwilling to be ethical about this. I can't imagine that they will not lose a lot of customers over this. Horrible customer service, if you have a problem they yell at you in such a mean, horrible, unprofessional way to the point where I am baffled and so upset, hang up on you and block your number (I know this because I had to call a second time off of a different number and asked if they did and they admitted it) until they can make it long enough to go past your “billing date” so you cannot cancel. I've been going for about a month. I think they're great. They always are so pleasant and I have never had to wait. I've been in both their spray booths and they are always well stocked and clean. I think they do a spectacular job. Easily 5 star service. I will continue my monthly membership for a pong time. Thank You!
I just gave zoom tan 1 star on yelp - I wish there was something less than even 1 star! I see I am not the only person who has had a bad experience at Zoom Tan. If you continue to read other posts, there seems to be a common thread. In fact their business model is so bad that they resorted to Groupon to get people in the door.
