Steve Keffer is a fantastic, patient instructor. I highly recommend taking any and all classes from him.
As a registered nurse I have had many different types of training for many different types of skills. This class was one of the best. The instructor, Steve Keefer, is engaging, knowledgeable and encouraging. He made the class feel at ease while still holding us to high standards. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to train as a Red Cross instructor.
Steve was a joy to have class with. He was fun and full of helpful information. I feel really prepared to teach and administer CPR!
