They took my money for 12 months of training classes and then went out of business! All of the classes I had my dog scheduled to attended were cancelled. Now the phone is disconnected and no way to contact the owner. I’ve been ripped off. Milo is disappointed too.
Training is going really well. I have learned a lot on the right way to train my puppy. Abby is 5 months and a gsp full of energy. She now has focus and is in sink with me.
Wow! What a gem of a place!! Little did I know when I walked in to Zoom Room that it would be the beginning of a weekly training session for ME!! Who say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks!! Lol. The trained staff teaches in a small group class, and depending on what your specific goals are (mine is Obedience), they teach using a positive approach to commands, etc. . Let me start out by saying that zoom room is amazing. From the start, they have always been very welcoming and informative. Chalupa loves going to his obedience classes and his progress has been amazing. We get compliments on his behavior everywhere we go. The zoom room is always willing to assist with any behavioral concerns we have offers guidance and tips to handle them. I highly recommend zoom room. Raising a puppy is hard, and zoom room is my village.
The training team at Zoom is dedicated to providing a caring and supportive environment for their furry friends as well as the "parents". My Charlie loves going and has made so much progress since attending Puppy+ classes. He graduates at the end of the month and looks forward to attending Pup-Lates.
