I cannot say enough wonderful things about Zoom Room Coral Springs! From my very first interaction, the team went above and beyond to ensure both Kiwi and I felt understood and supported. Jenna took my initial call and spent half an hour answering all my questions with patience and empathy. My dog and I absolutely LOVE Zoom Room. It gives us a place to have fun, bond, and learn new things along the way. The trainers there are fantastic and they really care about your furry friends. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place!

I took my dog there, and he immediately got contagious diahreah after drinking out of their water bowl, which he then passed on to both my other dogs. After an expensive vet bill, I asked for a refund of the lessons I purchased since I can't afford the risk of it happening again and they said no. I am really disappointed - and out a lot of money for the package of lessons I purchased. As a new business that i was more than happy to support by buying some lessons at their grand opening, you would think they would understand a... read more
