I took my highly intelligent but stubborn Cairn Terrier to Zoom Room and within a couple lessons she was starting to listen when I talked to her. I have nothing but the best to say about the facility, the trainers and the training!

I have been looking for a positive reinforcement & fear-free training place for many months in anticipation of our new puppy and are so happy with Zoom Room! It’s been the absolute best for our little Charlotte . I can’t recommend the puppy classes enough to get your baby off to a great start with socializing and learning needed manners.
Zoom the Room in Fort Mill has been an amazing experience for both me and my miniature schnauzer, Sterling. He absolutely loves the agility classes—he’s excited every time we pull into the parking lot! Beyond just the fun, I’ve also seen progress in his behavior since starting their obedience courses. Honestly don’t waste your time or money. Charged us for classes we told them on day one we did not want to be registered for and then told us they “can’t do refunds” so we were stuck with 5 classes we would never use.Were told the owner would call us and we never heard anything after they put us on an auto pay list after being told we would not be automated after our first month when we were just trying it out.
