They put on an anniversary party and it was a lot of fun! Staff is friendly, they do try an upsell you on classes and packages. I booked a private gym session for my dog and his friend. They were upfront about the $5 for the extra dog, however to use the agility course it’s $10 extra. Online under private gym it shows the agility course is included with the booking so it’s very misleading. Would definitely book again if agility was actually included.
I recently attended the Zoom Room Arrowhead 5th anniversary. The staff was very friendly. It was a great way to help socialize my dog to other dogs.
We love Zoom Room Arrowhead! We have taken our puppy for a few playgroups and one group lesson so far. Looking forward to more! The trainers are great and have lots of helpful advice. We even had a private gym session where we got together with some of our pups siblings. Everyone had a great time! We will definitely be back soon!
