We always have a great time at Zoom Room. Sody and Faeryn always go out of their way to make things fun, educational, and safe. They do a great job of knowing when they need to step in and help you with your dog while also giving you space to learn. It's a great thing for my dog, especially in the summer months when it's too hot to get her activity in other ways.
Faeryn is an excellent trainer! She always does extra things to make our experience PAWSOME!! She’s willing to spend the extra time needed to make every dog and owner feel successful and good about the their experience. We enjoy interacting with the other people and their dogs.
Soft is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very patient and understanding. I’m directionally dyslexic and she has really helped me overcome this challenge to work with Maverick. She also is very approachable, puts FUN ideas into the training and is very warm and loving with the dogs. I’ve received so many wonderful tips from her. Maverick also loves her and when she has worked with him directly, he really listens to her commands.
Bean had so much fun! We will definitely be back 🥰
