My dog struggled being deaf/vision impaired. Heath knew it wasn't anxiety and figured out their triggers so we can help them have a successful and happy life. My child is happy and healthy and moving on to agility. Heath helped us figure out ways to communicate and to stay consistent daily so my kid can thrive in the real world.
Our deaf and partially blind dog is thriving because Zoom Room helped us get the supports they need to be successful. They accomplished obedience and now heading off to agility and tricks. Rowan tested him for his final badge and it's cool when the trainers are genuinely excited for the progress your dogs make!
We found Zoom Room when our puppy had gone as far as he could go at his first trainer. We affectionately call him our Gremlin. Young, full of energy, and not always wanting to follow commands. A puppy. We wanted to give him not only obedience training but include some extras - agility and tricks were our first thoughts. We spent the last year taking both of our dogs to the Crestwood zoom room. It has been a great experience for both dogs and humans. Turns out we needed the training as much as our dogs! One of our dogs is reactive, the other lacked in confidence. Knowing how to address both things has helped greatly. All the trainers are amazing but shout out to Rowan and Heath. Definitely recommend.
We have been bringing our puppy ,Terry,since May. She was an APA adoption and a mix of intelligent but very head strong breeds. We have watched her gain confidence and do see her training work both in public and at home (yes sometimes she is still a puppy but they provide the resources to know how to react).
