I would think with the cost of attending the Zoom Room, the front desk staff could be civil and not snippy when inquiring about their services. This is our Lola. We lost her BFF 2 years ago and she became clingy, insecure and would pace. We went to Zoom Room and had her fitted for the correct harness. Elizabeth was great with our nervous girl. With further help she is calmer, listens better to basic commands and can actually be alone in a space now.
