Does anybody know where the trainers that worked here went? The poor management ruined what was a very positive place for our dog and we are left with nowhere to go. Would love to connect with one of the old trainers.

Well, the location is closing. Disappointing for their long term clients and a real failure of the corporate and management team. Interacting with Mike the manager was very unpleasant so I am not surprised that the location didn't last 6 months with him in charge.

This zoom room has honestly provided me the worst dog training experience of my life. I brought my dog in and the MANAGER was the trainer for my class. Their prices are not worth the lack of training the trainers seem to go through. There WAS a good trainer who seemed like she knew what she was doing, and genuinely put in the most time with my animal and how my dog was actually FEELING. My husky has been taking agility classes at the Zoom Room on Aurora Avenue for about three months now. I was a little nervous about whether she would like it, but she gets so excited when she realizes we're on our way to an agility class. Even in classes with multiple dogs, the training is personalized to what you and your dog are working on, accommodating dogs at different levels and the emphasis is always on the dogs enjoying themselves, which is my first priority.
