The gentleman that serviced my car was wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. The company how ever does say 10 minutes in and out I understand that waiting 10-15 minutes is not a huge ask, but waiting 40 plus minutes because there is only one service person and seeing him profusely having to apologize and run back and forth was heartbreaking.
