It only washes part of your car. I choose the 2nd best option of 4 - the $20 option - and it completely missed the back of my SUV. The rest of the car was pretty clean (not perfect but good enough), but the back of the SUV looked completely untouched. It still had all the grey, snow grime all over it. What's the point of a car wash that doesn't wash your car?!?!?!
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff seemed more interested in arguing than actually resolving my issue. The young man who initially came to help me immediately became defensive and argumentative instead of trying to listen and fix what should have been a simple problem. Rather than handling it himself, he quickly went to get his manager who, unfortunately, wasn’t any better.
