This might be the literal worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We received an email stating- “Thank you Healthcare Heroes! We’re celebrating hospital week with a free wash for all hospital employees. Just show your valid hospital ID at any Zoom Express location.” So we show up and the worker said nope not honoring that and the manager said nope we are not honoring that after proceeding to show them the email.
