They arrived less than 2 hours after I called and did a great job clearing the downspouts. Very professional people at all points of contact.
More than just a drain company. They are now my go to for all plumbing needs. I am planning to finish my basement, so a couple months ago I had Zoom Drain scope my sewer line. They had me watch the whole time. There was a small area of channel rot in the sewer line under my concrete slab that even I could point out. Jonathan was great! Took care of everything and throughly explained it all along the way.
Jonathan was very pleasant and friendly from the moment he stepped through the foot. He explained what he was going to do and did it. He took the time and made sure I understood about the treatment I elected to choose. He cleaned up the area when he finished. I would definitely recommend him, as the company representative, to anyone that needed an emergency plumber.
