I did not use the service afterall, after I had received the estimate that was out of my reach, but Corey was exceptional. 1st impression was that he was very professional, including his attire, but also quite personable. He even offered some tips for dealing with my issue.

Jeremy and the crew were very professional and very courteous doing the repair to our Septic system ⁹

We had clogged drain pipes filled with roots that couldn’t possibly function until Jeremy arrived. He’s the hero at Zoom that conquered our problem and removed the roots by hand in some areas. He’s pictured with just one batch of many. He did a fantastic calm job without frustration though he could not have anticipated how difficult it would be. I would absolutely call them again. Thank you Jeremy! And Zoom!

Jeremy came out and did a sewer inspection via camera. He was very informative and explained everything he did and saw. Very professional, ahead of schedule, great communication, and will definitely use again if needed.
