Their updated tracking said they were on the way when they in fact made more stops beforehand, making me believe i needed to be home 3 hours early to let them in. I also NEVER received the report from them about what needed fixing, the entire reason they were hired and I never got the information. Update: They still havent gotten back to my home warranty company or to me with the relevant information, going on almost a month now. 2nd update: it took 2 WEEKS for someone to call me back
I made an appointment to have them come to repair the leaky faucet. I receive a confirmation for the appointment, but it was a no-show. I tried calling them multiple times but they never answered my calls. Actually the call never got through. I don’t know what’s going on with them or if they were still in business.
Wow!! Great customer service and awesome service! After talked Sean, he sent Maurice to my home same day. Maurice was great! He explained very well and found the issue well!! This is the one I definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Zoom Drain.
We had Kyle help us with a clogged main line. He was so kind and so informative and thorough!! He walked my husband through his process and explained why were having issues and cleared the clog. Not gonna lie, it's expensive, packages began at the 400 dollar range, but we're really happy with our experience with this company and Kyle, we'll definitely call them again if need be:)
I’m so happy that I called this company because Maurice who did the job had done an excellent job in power washing the hardened grease throughout the piping system from kitchen sink all the way to the main pipe. I will definitely recommend Zoom Drain company to those who has clogging problems on their sinks or toilets.
