I had an underground gutter backup and contacted zoom drain to check it out. Paul was professionally dressed and professional in action as well. He explained the pricing before beginning, and noted that the pricing doesn't "stack" - if you got the video that informed that drain cleaning was required, you don't pay for both, you pay just for the drain cleaning which was nice.
