Edit 06/29 - Amy from Zoom Drain reached out and have provided options to get original issues fixed. Appreciate prompt response and finding a solution that works for everyone ! Original Feedback: Little disappointed. They really didn’t understand my main problem and basically just re-did the part which i had already done. So i end up paying for something which didnt need any fix .
Another local plumbing service advertised having "advanced technology" (camera inspection, hydro jetting) and the expertise to diagnose and repair our drain issue, then called the day of to admit to having none of the above and cancel the appt.
