Shawn and Chandler were very knowledgeable and extremely polite. We had been trying to fix a leak on the intake pipe for the toilet. With everything we tried beginning Friday, changing the cut-off valve twice and changing the riser hose, the leak persisted and the bucket had to be dumped about every 3 hours or we were walking in water.. They finally decided it was the original coupling that had the leak. They installed a new coupling and leak was fixed.
They were at my office 30 minutes after I placed the service call. I’ve used them before. Same awesome service!!!
Absolutely 1st class service! Matt has a great sense of humor and 1 blue collar to another, job well done.
