Had a kitchen sink drain so couldn’t run the dishwasher either without smelly water standing in the sink. Appears to have been from oils built up over time in the line to the street. Took a couple attempts but Johnny was the hero. Very responsive and arrived early, explained what was happening and cleaned up. Thanks again.

We needed work on the old sewer line when it backed up Sunday evening and called Zoom Drain out to clear the line. They came out at 9:30 on a Sunday night and cleared the roots blocking the lower sewer section. Johnny and his partner were fast, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.
Happy that Zoom Drain responded to my outdoor drain being clogged with 15 years of root growth. Miguel was easy to talk to and I did not believe jetting with water would clear the roots. To my surprise, the roots are gone. He was very thorough moving the jet slowly through the clog. Happy with the service and Miguel. I thought $420 was a little steep for a 35 minute job.
