Extremely disappointed — this company flooded my home and has failed to resolve the damage for months. Zoom Drain was hired and paid upfront to perform plumbing services at my property before Thanksgiving. During their work, they left the water on, which caused severe flooding throughout the home and destroyed my newly installed flooring. No one else was present but Zoom workers.
