This company is not reliable. Scheduled 4pm to 6pm. Not there. Asked me to wait, still not there after 7:30Pm. Very unprofessional.

I have scheduled a call with Zoom Drain. Even before their scheduled call, They suggested and shared some troubleshooting tips with me, which helped me to resolve the sump Pump issue. This shows their committed professionalism towards customer and their competency to resolve any technical issues. I really appreciate their service and would highly recommend them. Zoom Drain came right away and unclogged two backed up toilets. I was very stressed out! Cameron was very polite and professional and I was so happy and relieved. It took him a little more than an hour to complete the job. Fast, friendly and inexpensive ($660.00). I would highly recommend Zoom Drain. It was worth every penny. Thank you Cam!

I had a leaking pipe in the basement. George sent one of his crew to take a look and told me it's gonna be 3-4 hours work and it's gonna be $1450. It actually took two of his crew like 30 minutes. Cut open the old pipe, put a new piece on, seal and done. Still charged me $1450, because George "never said the price was based on the time" and "we got it done fast, you should be happy!"
