After reporting a floor drain backup in our basement to Zoom Drain, they responded promptly sending someone out. Shawn Woodward showed up immediately even though it was after hours. He identified the clogged area and successfully cleared the pipe to the street. Shawn was courteous, professional, and diligent. We would recommend him.
