Every one at Zoom Drain was more than accommodating. They were pleasant, responsive, and not sales pushy. Richard our installer was fantastic. He goes above and beyond. The wholesaler they purchase the hot water tanks, closed on a Saturday, which they are usually open. He drove to Aurora which became a 2 hour trip, to get our tank and completed the install. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process which put us at ease. The install was amazing We will absolutely be using them on our next project
