HORRIBLE car wash! There’s LOTS of btr car washes around, they will damage your vehicle and promise to make things right and then not to it! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

1) Here is video footage of your friend prior to going into our wash. Attendant asked him if he wanted the antenna removed in which he replied no by waving him off. You can see him clearly in the video clip. 2) We also have a large sign before going onto conveyor stating "Please Remove Your Own Antenna". We can't force anyone to do anything hey don't want to. 3) The vehicle had some type of damage as we found white paint on the antenna itself. I went today at 8 to vacuum my car since it was hot earlier and I put it my token and the machine wouldn't work. Some skinny Asian guy tells me we are close when I see 6 other people cleaning their cars. I tell him he should've said something before I put in my token. He then tells me "there is nothing i can do for you we are close" he told me no one can do anything for me and wouldn't even let me speak to a manager. I use to love this place but really?
