Great buying experience at first, Mike and John took care of us with 4 good quality new tires on the vehicle before we purchased. But unfortunately our buying experience changed when the check engine light came on on our way home the day of buying it, which turned out to be a cylinder misfire most likely due to spark plugs or ignition coils, hopefully. Best deal was able to lower my monthly payments 100 dollars less than what it was perfect for first time buyers
Update after owner response: I stand by my review based on my direct experience. I was explicitly told I could not be approved without a co-signer, and at no point was I informed that financing had been approved or that lenders were attempting to reach me. I did not receive voicemail messages or missed calls conveying approvals. I repeatedly contacted the dealership trying to find a way to move forward, while also working with my own banks. zoom auto sales is a dealership, ran by unethical uneducated individuals. Put down a $300 deposit and tried to buy a vehicle here. Their finance department completely dropped the ball and couldn’t get financing approved. After wasting my time, I went elsewhere and got approved by multiple banks with no issue — so the problem clearly wasn’t me. Unorganized, incompetent financing process, and poor communication.
