zoom auto sales is a dealership, ran by unethical uneducated individuals. Put down a $300 deposit and tried to buy a vehicle here. Their finance department completely dropped the ball and couldn’t get financing approved. After wasting my time, I went elsewhere and got approved by multiple banks with no issue — so the problem clearly wasn’t me. Unorganized, incompetent financing process, and poor communication.
