This Auto Center does not have ASE certified mechanics. Customers have caught this establishment doing multiple faulty repair work. They have allowed unqualified and untrained mechanics to do repair work at their site. I have had heard and experienced negligent repair work from Zoom Auto Center. Their mechanic's has done faulty work before and to any future customers they may cause you to be injured do to their faulty work. Please seek professional help somewhere else, do not become a victim.

I always did but today the manager wasn’t there this other person was. Must not have much experience cause when I went there to get my oil change he was by himself and said that his oil guy went to lunch it was around 11 to come back later normally if the manager was there he would of change it so I came back 40 mins later but somebody had just come in but other than that I like this place. The manager always has it together
This is the best place I've ever been to. You will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place!! ��
