RecommendedGreat service. They went the extra mile for us. Friendly. Our LG refrigerator went out and Zoom stayed on top of LG to get the part even during the Coronavirus. Because they were handling it we didn’t have to worry about anything.
I very much appreciate their professionalism and quick service. They fixed my refrigerator the same day. It decided to break the day after we went to the grocery store. I was so happy I didn’t have to throw everything away. I’d call them again.

We recently called this company to repair our refrigerator. I thought it was strange when they requested serial numbers and model numbers. I was surprised that the owner Tommy showed personally to do the repair. He brought with him on the first visit every part imaginable to fix the problem no waiting for parts. He was personable, kind, and reasonable. I wouldn’t contact anyone else to work on our appliances.
Had ordered a new refrigerator but called Tommy last minute to see if there was any chance ours could be repaired. He came over same day and had it repaired within 24 hours after his first visit ( part had to be ordered).Great customer care and service. Highly recommended!
I called late in the afternoon and got an appointment the next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had my repair done in no time at all! Definitely would use this company again!
I called today about my washer. Same day service with the repair completed within an hour! Tommy was very nice and professional. He even picked up all my cat toys from under the washer. I’m very happy!
They were able to come out quickly and fixed my elderly parents dryer! Super nice people and I highly recommend them! Will be using them again!
