Very impatient and rude staff. They were completely rude to my three year old because she didn’t want to do the ex rays. Staff needs retrained to work with little kids.
Unprofessional, rude and ignorant (or just lazy, not sure which) Terrible experience with Rex and his staff. They told us that there was nothing we could do and then we went to another place and discovered there were multiple things we could do! They actually harmed our childs teeth but misleading us for months about the urgency of the problem. Should never have trusted them. My kiddos and I moved to a new town almost 2 years ago and I was beyond excited to learn that Dr. Rex and his team travel to our new town. He learned of an area that had a need and they make a sacrifice so that our kids can have fantastic dental care! Both my kids feel so at ease with Dr. Rex and his staff as well. They are all calm, fun and helpful. Dr. Rex is awesome with my son! Even though he needed quite a bit of work done, he didn't seem to mind it! He enjoyed the games, televisions, and even the token at the end! Dr. Rex was meant for this type of work...he is great with kids, and has a lot of fun working with them.
