Too many secrets and lies! I ordered two (2) Zook cabins 9 months ago. Timing was the most essential part of the contract. I own a resort and was PROMISED IN WRITING that if I was on schedule they would have the cabins in by Memorial Day. Instead it's now a week later and they are refusing to answer phone calls or even tell me when these cabins will really be done. I have 2 set schedules and they have blown BOTH of them. We are thrilled with our Zook Musketeer cabin, and with the entire experience working with Zook Cabins. Matt Albrecht is a pleasure to work with, and a tremendous help. The quality of our cabin is impressive. The attention to detail is unbelievable. I can't say enough good things about them.
