Customer service is poor with no resolutions to issues and requests.
Horrible customer service, horrible quality, almost every order is past time frame given, and the list goes on and on.
Expensive, Never got sent a proof until I had to contact them 2 weeks later only to then be told about an issue in my proof. Re submitted my proof at a charge only to have it delivered Misprinted. Seriously just go to Vista print or seriously any other option. Not worth the hassle.
