I have consistently had exceptional experiences with Zoo Dental since my child was 7 months old. The staff is incredibly reliable when it comes to scheduling appointments, sending reminders, accommodating reschedules, and even being understanding if I happen to be running late. They demonstrate amazing gentleness and care with my child during every visit. I highly recommend Zoo Dental for anyone seeking dental services for their children.
Staff is friendly and gentle with children. I have been taking my daughters to this dentist office since 2015 and they have never disappointed me or my daughters.
The dental assistant with blonde curly hair and glasses is so friendly she made my experience amazing !!! The doctor was so nice as well!
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I called to make an appointment and they said they needed to verify my insurance first. The lady was super rude and rushed me off the phone. I had already called my insurance and they were on the list but ok. I got a call back 5 days later saying they aren't able to verify my insurance. The lady didn't take the info down right. Front desk lady has no idea about insurance coverage from blue cross blue shield. I was able to get my insurance verified and then my wife called to get an appointment and again they couldn't verify the same insurance. If you have blue cross blue shield don't bother calling these guys. It will be a head ache and a hassle. When I I was able to get service after several calls to my insurance and then the business.
