Recommendedfirst of all Jessica is amazing she made the whole experience plesant and fun for my babies (especially for my strong willed yet timid 4 year old daughter who i was mostly concerned about) the whole staff was super nice to us threw the entire experience even tho I brought all 3 kiddos in at the same time. I definitely recommend zoo crew Hermitage! I'm so glad we chose them.
